Account Activation Bonus Payments. FNBO shall pay Co-Brand Partner a one-time $100 bonus payment for each Activated Application Account when all of the following occur: (a) at least $1,500 in Qualified Credit Card Transactions are posted to the Account during the first 3 Billing Cycles after the Account is opened; and (b) the account is in Good Standing per FNBO records. Co-Brand Partner shall use such bonus payments to fund the Mandatory Terms of the Rewards Program in Schedule 2.7. • FNBO shall pay Co-Brand Partner a one-time $75 bonus payment for each Activated Solicitation Account when all of the following occur: (a) at least $1,500 in Qualified Credit Card Transactions are posted to the Account during the first 3 Billing Cycles after the Account is opened; and (b) the account is in Good Standing per FNBO records. Co-Brand Partner shall use such bonus payments to fund the Mandatory Terms of the Rewards Program in Schedule 2.7.

  • Bonus Payments In addition to Base Salary, Executive shall be entitled, during the Employment Term, to participate in and receive payments from all bonus and other incentive compensation plans (as currently in effect, as modified from time to time, or as subsequently adopted) of the Company; provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall grant Executive the right to continue in any bonus or other incentive compensation plan following its discontinuance by the Board (except to the extent Executive had earned or otherwise accumulated vested rights therein prior to such discontinuance).

  • Incentive Payments (i) Amount in the Event of a Termination Pursuant to Sections 7(a) or 7(c). In the event of a termination pursuant to Sections 7(a) or 7(c) of this Agreement, Employee shall be offered the opportunity to receive Incentive Payments in a total amount equal to 0.500 times the sum of Employee’s most recent annual base salary and target bonus, payable in equal installments on the same pay schedule in effect at the time of termination over a period of twelve (12) months from the date of termination.

The distribution assistance to be rendered by the Recipients in connection with the sale of Shares may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: distributing sales literature and prospectuses other than those furnished to current Shareholders, providing compensation to and paying expenses of personnel of the Recipient who support the distribution of Shares by the Recipient, and providing such other information and services in connection with the distribution of Shares as the Distributor or the Fund may reasonably request.
