Account Establishment and Access. You may submit a credit request in any manner authorized by us. When you sign as a loan applicant on BECU’s Master Credit Application, BECU will establish a Plan under which you may, at your option, request to establish personal line of credit and/or credit card accounts. When you have multiple active Plans (for example, a Joint Plan with one co-applicant and another Joint Plan with a different co-applicant) and you make a credit request, it is your responsibility to inform us under which of these Plans to establish your account. From the date of the Plan application, we may require that you update the information you submitted to us when you established your Plan in order for us to evaluate your credit request. If you already have a Line of Credit and you request and qualify for a Credit Card, or if you already have a Credit Card and you request and qualify for a Line of Credit, we will establish a new account under your Plan. We are not required to establish an account under the Plan when you submit a credit request, and we may also refuse an advance request at any time.

To register for access to the Services, you must establish an account, including your receipt of Carestream Dental ID and establishment of password protocols unique to your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for all activities that occur on or through your Account, and you agree to immediately notify Carestream Dental of any security breach of your account. ii. The Authorized Laboratory shall also be invited to establish an account with a unique Carestream Dental ID and password. iii. In order to access the Services, you must enter your Carestream Dental ID and password to authenticate your account. You agree to provide and update as necessary accurate and complete information when register and when you access the Services (“Services Registration Data”). Failure to provide accurate, current and complete Services Registration Data may result in the delivery of dental appliances to an incorrect delivery address, for which Carestream Dental shall not be liable. You agree that Carestream Dental may store and use the Services Registration Data you provide for use in maintaining your Account. The Services are only intended to facilitate the transfer of digitized impressions to laboratories and shall not be considered as a way to store digitized impressions. iv. The Services are designed and intended for use only within your practice and you should not share your Account and/or password details with another entity. v. Carestream Dental shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your Account resulting from you not following these rules and shall not be responsible for any losses arising during the transport (including delay, incorrect delivery address) of dental appliances addressed to your attention by the Authorized Laboratories.

  • Records Retention and Access 1. Grantee will keep and maintain, as applicable, accurate and complete records necessary to determine compliance with this Contract and applicable laws. 2. Grantee will provide access to its records to DFPS, the Texas State Auditor’s Office (SAO), the Federal Government, and their authorized representatives. 3. Unless otherwise specified in this Contract, Grantee will maintain legible copies of this Contract and all related documentation for a minimum of seven years after the termination of this Contract or seven years after the completion of any litigation or dispute involving the Contract, whichever is longer. 4.   • Authorized Access Transfer Agent shall have controls that are designed to maintain the logical separation such that access to systems hosting Fund Data and/or being used to provide services to Fund will uniquely identify each individual requiring access, grant access only to authorized personnel based on the principle of least privileges, and prevent unauthorized access to Fund Data.
