SECURITY OF YOUR ACCOUNT. Access to your ClarityEnglish teacher and student login accounts is by username and password. You are fully responsible for any activities that take place under your accounts. You agree to protect the secrecy of all your passwords and to ensure a proper log-off is performed at the end of each session.
SECURITY OF YOUR ACCOUNT. You agree and understand that You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account You use to access the Services. Accordingly, You agree that You will be solely responsible to Talksoft for all activities that occur under Your account. SECURITY OF YOUR ACCOUNT. When You have registered an account, You are responsible for keeping the identifiers, passwords, and other access information associated with that account secret. As soon as You know or have reason to suspect that the identifiers, passwords, or other access information are no longer secret, or that the account is being abused or security has been compromised, You must notify us immediately at XXXXXxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx and take all necessary steps to prevent unauthorized access including changing relevant identifiers, passwords, and other access information and taking other security measures. You are not permitted to: • provide information to us during account registration that is not accurate, complete and up‐ to‐date; • create more than one account for the same individual user; or • share an account.
SECURITY OF YOUR ACCOUNT. You agree to notify Flow immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss, damages, liability, expenses or costs (including but not limited to legal fees) that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You will be liable for losses, damages, liability, expenses and costs (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees) incurred by Flow or a third party due to someone else using your account, unless such use is due to Flow’s willful misconduct.
SECURITY OF YOUR ACCOUNT. DriveWealth will only act on instructions provided to us by Introducing Firm, except in very limited circumstances by you, where required by Applicable Law. Provided, always that in so acting, we will not provide any investment service to you on a professional basis. You are responsible for monitoring all activity associated with your Account, including any activity by authorized users to your Account. You will take reasonable precautions to protect and monitor for unauthorized access to the Account and will notify Introducing Firm immediately if you believe your Account has been compromised so that it may inform DriveWealth and enable appropriate action to be taken. If you permit an authorized person to make a Transaction, even if the amount of actual use exceeds the amount you authorized, DriveWealth will not be responsible for the full amount of all Transactions that result and may seek to recover any costs, liabilities or losses it has incurred from you and/or Introducing Firm (including by way of deduction from the Account). If DriveWealth reasonably believes that the Account has been compromised due to a cyber security incident, we reserve the right to take immediate action to protect the Account and the DriveWealth Platform including, but not limited to, initiating a freeze on trading, hold on assets, or otherwise locking down the Account.
SECURITY OF YOUR ACCOUNT. In order to log into your Account, you are required to provide your email address and password, as well as an automatically generated verification code, which is sent to your designated device such as a smartphone. For purpose of this Section 6, such automatically generated verification code shall be referred to as “2FA” and your designated device that receives said verification code shall be referred to as “2FA device”. In addition to the 2FA code, in some cases, prior to us processing any transactions, additional verbal or electronic confirmation of a transaction may be required by us, in our sole discretion.
SECURITY OF YOUR ACCOUNT. When you use any of our services through our e-mail, web-based, or wholesale application process, you are responsible for selecting and continuously managing your password and security settings to protect your account and your domain name registration records (including your contact records and host records) from unauthorized changes. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and secrecy of your password and account security settings, as well as your credit card and other information. All consequences of your voluntary disclosure of password and account information as well as all activities that occur in your account are your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You agree that you will be responsible for all activity that arises from your account, whether initiated by you or others on your behalf and NameKing shall be entitled to rely on any requests which have been initiated from your account. NameKing disclaims any liability for any activity in your account, whether initiated or authorized by you or not. You acknowledge and agree that any and all funds prepaid by you to NameKing are nonrefundable. Funds in your NameKing account can only be used to purchase services from NameKing and will not be credited for other purposes

You shall be solely responsible for providing any list of names, numbers or addresses to use in providing the Services; (b) You shall be solely responsible for sending data that complies with communication laws, rules, regulations and any other legal or contractual requirements of any nature or description with regards to how You can communicate with the intended recipient of the outbound messages, including but not limited to phone, text, and email. Where necessary, You acknowledge that You have provided the intended recipients of the outbound messaging with a legal and compliance means for them to “Opt-In” to receive automated communications from You and that only those customers/patients who have opted-in (if applicable) and not revoked any such consent or permission will be provided Services; and (c) Talksoft is not expected to provide You with any analysis, interpretation or advice regarding whether your outbound messaging or the Services as applied to your outbound messaging complies with any applicable laws, regulations, statutes or ordinances. To the extent You are using the Services to send healthcare messages in connection with but not limited to appointments (e.g., reminders, cancellations, missed appointments) or scheduling in general (collectively, “E-Mail Appointment Messages”) by electronic mail (“E-mail”), Client understands and accepts that the E-Mail Appointment Messages are sent in an unencrypted fashion, and represents, warrants and covenants:
1. The files sent to Company will include only those persons whom You have notified through your Notice of Privacy Practices of the right to receive confidential communications.
