Common use of Account Inactivity Clause in Contracts

Account Inactivity. A Business Savings Account with a zero balance or no customer-initiated activity for nine (9) continuous months is considered inactive and is subject to closure. Customer initiated activity includes any deposits to or one-time transfers (“Online Transfers”) you make from the Business Savings Account.
