Common use of Account Inactivity Clause in Contracts

Account Inactivity. A Business Savings Account with a zero balance or no customer-initiated activity for nine (9) continuous months is considered inactive and is subject to closure. Customer initiated activity includes any deposits to or one-time transfers (“Online Transfers”) you make from the Business Savings Account. For additional details about closing the Business Savings Account, see the paragraph labeled “6. Amendment and Cancellation” in Section D.
