Account Management Structure. The Contractor’s Dedicated Account Management Team shall include a Dedicated Account Manager, National Account Manager, and Customer Service Team. This team shall remain in place throughout the full contract term. The Contractor will supply a Site Supervisor, or Guard-in-Charge, when applicable, that will ensure all Guard duties and State needs are being provided and he/she shall assign duties, monitor progress, and communicate with the Contractor on behalf of the site. The State reserves the right to at any time have a Site Manager added to the location. The need for a Site Supervisor, or Guard-in-Charge, will be provided for in the SOW. The Site Manager is not to be the point of contact for the State Vendor Contract Manager; this contact is to be routed through the Dedicated Account Manager. The Site Managers shall report directly to the Region Managers.
