Common use of Account Management Structure Clause in Contracts

Account Management Structure. The Contractor’s Dedicated Account Management Team shall include a Dedicated Account Manager, National Account Manager, and Customer Service Team. This team shall remain in place throughout the full contract term. The Contractor shall notify the State within 48 hours of notification of any staffing changes from proposed staffing as listed below. The State shall be provided the opportunity to approve or deny any new proposed personnel. The Contractor shall have a back-up plan in place at all times for all Account Management-related personnel and services.
