Account Rates and Fees. WECU’s payment of dividends on any account is subject to the account rates, fees, earnings, payment, and balance requirements as set forth on the Fee Schedule which is incorporated herein by this reference. You agree WECU may impose fees for the deposit account services provided by us. A current Fee Schedule has been provided to you separately. You agree WECU may change the Fee Schedule from time to time and you will be notified of such changes as required by law.
