Common use of Account Rates and Fees Clause in Contracts

The Credit Union’s payment of dividends and/or interest on any account is subject to the account rates and fees, earnings, payment and balance requirements as set forth on the Deposit Rate Sheet and Fee Schedule and each Certificate of Deposit Receipt, which are incorporated herein by this reference. You agree the Credit Union may impose fees and charges for the account services provided by the Credit Union. A current Deposit Rate Sheet and Fee Schedule has been provided to you separately. You agree the Credit Union may change any terms on the Deposit Rate Sheet and Fee Schedule from time to time and you will be notified of such changes as required by law.
