Common use of Account Rates and Fees Clause in Contracts

Account Rates and Fees. We pay dividends and charge fees against your account as stated in our Current Dividend Rate Sheet and Fee Schedule. We may revise the Current Dividend Rate Sheet and Fee Schedule at any time, and we will inform you of those changes as required by law. You hereby agree that MSUFCU may impose fees and charges for the deposit account services provided to you and you agree to pay all such fees. You hereby acknowledge receipt of the current Rate and Fee Schedules, which have been provided to you separately.
