Common use of Account Rates and Fees Clause in Contracts

Account Rates and Fees. We pay dividends and impose fees based on the account rates and fees, earnings, payment, and balance requirements as set forth on the Business Services Fee Schedule. A current Business Services Fee Schedule has been provided to you separately and you may request a current Business Services Dividend Rate Schedule. You agree we may change the Rate and Fee Schedule from time to time and you will be notified of such changes as required by law.
