Common use of Account Use Clause in Contracts

Account Use. You are responsible and liable for all uses of the Product resulting from access provided by you, directly or indirectly, whether such access or use is permitted by or in violation of EU Terms. Additionally, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer is responsible for all acts and omissions of its End Users, and any act or omission by an End User that would constitute a breach of these EU Terms if taken by Customer will be deemed a breach of these EU Terms by Customer. Customer shall use reasonable efforts to make all End Users aware of these EU Terms' provisions as applicable to such End User's use of the Product, and shall cause its End Users to comply with such provisions.
