Common use of Account Users Clause in Contracts

Account Users. (i) American Express may rely on all written and oral directions that it receives from authorised officers of Company to designate individuals as Account Users. We will be entitled to hold you responsible for all Charges incurred on the American Express vPayment Account by such authorised individuals or individuals who reasonably appear to be such Account Users. (ii) Physical plastic Cards will not be issued in conjunction with American Express vPayment Accounts. American Express vPayment Accounts will not bear the name or signature of a specific employee.
