Accounting as Between the Company and an Employee / Owner Operator. It is understood and acknowledged that an employee / owner operator is paid for services rendered hereunder for each working period from the first (1st) to the fifteenth (15th) inclusive of each month on the last day of the said month. If the last day of the said month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, he / she is paid on the previous working day. For services rendered by the employee / owner operator pursuant hereto from and including the sixteenth (16th) day to and including the last day of the month he / she is paid on the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following. If the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, he / she is paid on the working day preceding such day.
