Accounting Audits and Records. The County shall maintain all records relating to the calculation of the projected and actual loss of ad valorem real property taxes as a result of Hurricane Xxxxxxx and make such records available to Triumph at all times during the period of this Agreement and for eight (8) years after final payment of the Grant is made. Copies of these documents and records shall be made available to Triumph upon request. If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the eight (8) year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims, or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.
