Common use of Accounting, Inspection and Auditing Clause in Contracts

Accounting, Inspection and Auditing. The Consultant shall: keep accurate and systematic accounts and records in respect of the Services provided under this Agreement, in accordance with internationally accepted accounting principles and in such form and detail as will clearly identify all relevant time charges and cost, and the basis thereof (including the basis of the Consultant’s costs and charges); and

The Consultant shall: : (a) keep accurate and systematic accounts and records in respect of the Services provided under this AgreementConsultant Contract, in accordance with internationally accepted accounting principles and in such form and detail as will clearly identify all relevant time charges and cost, and the basis thereof (including the basis of the Consultant’s costs and charges); and (b) permit the Authority or its designated representative periodically, and up to one year from the expiration or termination of this Consultant Contract, to inspect the same and make copies thereof as well as to have them audited by auditors appointed by the Authority.
