ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPORT. As soon as available, and in any event within twenty (20) days after the end of each month a summary accounts receivable aging report for Borrower showing all accounts receivable of Borrower that are 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, and over 90 days past the invoice date.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPORT. As soon as available, and in any event on or before the forty-fifth (45th) day after the end of each of the first three quarters of each fiscal year of the Parent and on or before the ninetieth (90th) day after the fourth quarter of the fiscal year of the Parent a summary accounts receivable aging report for Borrower showing the aggregate amount of all accounts receivable of Borrower that are 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, and over 90 days past the invoice date; provided, however that if Borrowing Base Availability as determined on the most recent Borrowing Base Report is less than $10,000,000, thereafter monthly Accounts Receivable Reports will be furnished within 30 days after the end of each calendar month and provided further that if such Borrowing Base Availability as determined on the most recent Borrowing Base Report is less than $3,000,000, thereafter weekly Accounts Receivable Reports shall be furnished within five (5) days after the end of each week; however, if the Borrowing Base Availability as determined on a Borrowing Base Report is less than, respectively, $10,000,000 or $3,000,000, and as a result the intervals for the delivery of Accounts Receivable Reports become monthly or weekly respectively as provided above, but thereafter the Borrowing Base Availability as determined upon the Applicable Accounts Receivable Report returns respectively to $10,000,000 or more, or $3,000,000 or more, the applicable interval for the delivery of Accounts Receivable Reports shall then immediately return to, as applicable, quarterly or monthly. For purposes of this Section of this Agreement, upon the Closing Date, the determination of the applicable interval for the delivery of the Accounts Receivable Reports thereafter shall be based on the Borrowing Base Availability determined on the last Accounts Receivable Report delivered by the Borrower prior to the Closing Date.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPORT. Concurrently with the delivery of each of the financial statements referred to in subsection 9.1(b), an accounts receivable report in form and detail satisfactory to the Agent and the Required Banks;

The A/R Report shall be in a form substantially similar to the report furnished to Buyer by Sellers in connection with this Agreement, which reflects the outstanding accounts receivable of the Companies and Company Subsidiaries (excluding intracompany accounts receivable within the Companies and Company Subsidiaries) that were sixteen (16) or more days past due as of May 31, 2010.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPORT. Within fifteen (15) days after the end of each quarter, a report listing all Accounts of Borrower as of the last Business Day of such quarter (an "Accounts Receivable Report") which shall include the amount and age of each Account, the name and mailing address of each Account Debtor, a detailing of all credits due such Account Debtor by Borrower stated in the number of days which have elapsed since the date each such credit was issued by Borrower, and such other information as Bank may reasonably require in order to verify such Accounts, all in reasonable detail and in form acceptable to Bank.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPORT. The "Accounts Receivable Report," a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule 4.8.1 and incorporated into this Agreement, provided to Buyer from Seller and dated January 15, 2002 (the "Report Date") represents fairly the accounts receivable balance of that date for the specific customers and resellers to be transferred under this Agreement.
