ACCREDITATION/CERTIFICATION STIPEND. Should a plant maintenance or plant operations employee receive any of the following trades licenses the employee shall receive an annual stipend as follows: Grade 3 State Engineers License $300 Grade 2 State Engineers License $350 Grade 1 State Engineers License $400 Maryland State Water Systems Operators License $400 Journeyman Plumber, Electrician or HVACR $400 Master Plumber, Electrician, HVACR $600 Pool Operator's Certificate (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Springs only) $400 CDL $250 Locksmith $400 Proof of license status may be required annually.
