Accretion to the Unit. Any group of employees excluded from the bargaining unit may be added to the bargaining unit in accordance with statute and the rules and regulations promulgated by the Washington Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC). Matters regarding unit clarification shall be also handled by the PERC.
