  • Union Recognition and Rights The Union agrees that any activities relevant to the administration of the Collective Agreement or other Union activities, which must be conducted during working hours, will be carried out in a professional manner with primary consideration to instructional duties. Where the College feels that such activities are interfering inappropriately with instructional duties, the Parties agree to meet and resolve the matter.

  • Recognition and Rights of Stewards (a) The Employer recognizes the Union's right to select stewards to represent employees. The Employer and the Union will agree on the number of stewards, taking into account both operational and geographic considerations.

  • Recognition and Negotiation 3.01 The Division recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 2348 as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of the Division set forth in the Manitoba Labour Board Certificate No. MLB 5017 dated the 4th day of February, 1994, and for those employees for whom the Division and the Union from time to time mutually agree upon.

  • RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION A. The Employer agrees to negotiate with the Union or anyone authorized to act on behalf of the Union, in any and all matters affecting the relationship between the parties to this Agreement.

  • Information and Services 2.1.1 The Owner shall provide full information in a timely manner regarding the requirements of the Project, including the Owner’s objectives, constraints and criteria, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability requirements, special equipment and systems, and site requirements as reasonably requested by Construction Manager in writing.

  • Data Protection and Confidentiality 3.1. We obtain, use, process and disclose personal data about you and data subjects (as defined in the DPA) in order that we may provide the Services and for other related purposes including updating and enhancing client records, analysis for management purposes and statutory returns, crime prevention and legal and regulatory compliance.
