Common use of Accumulated Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Accumulated Sick Leave. Where in any academic year an Employee appointed as probationary or regular prior to August 1, 1998 does not use the full twenty (20) days Sick Leave which may be applied for under clause 33.3 (a), the Employee may accumulate the unused portion of Sick Leave to a maximum of one hundred and ninety-five (195) days.
