Accumulation and Annual Allotment. Vacation time must be used within eighteen (18) months of date earned. The employer may require employees to take accumulated vacation time. Vacation time shall accrue on the following schedule: Years Employed Vacation Pay After one (1) year 5 days After two (2) years 10 days After five (5) years 12 days After ten (10) years 15 days After fifteen (15) years 17 days At twenty (20) years 20 days
