Evaluation Instrument Review Procedures – Educational Support Personnel. Beginning during the 2004-2005 school term, and every five (5) years thereafter, the ESP evaluation instrument shall be reviewed by a committee consisting of four (4) ESP’s , two (2) principals, the superintendent, and one (1) board member. Any changes agreed upon by the committee shall be recommended to the board of education for policy.
