Accumulation of Seniority Rights. An Employee continues to accumulate her/his seniority during any absence provided for in this Collective Agreement, or in the application thereof, or otherwise authorized, for the duration of the absence, with the exception of the following cases: a) In the event of a leave of absence without pay provided for in Article 28.01: b) In the event of an absence due to a work-related accident or an illness or an accident: c) In the event of a lay-off of a Temporary Employee or Seasonal Employee at the end of the period for which she/he was recalled or hired: d) In the case of lay-off of a Probationary Employee or a Permanent Employee who does not have employment security:
