Accuracy of Certificates. Each Participant hereby represents and warrants to the other Participants that each of the documents and certificates delivered heretofore or hereafter by such Participant pursuant to this Agreement, as of the date specified therein, is true and complete and contains no material misstatements of fact or material omissions of fact that would render such statements to be misleading to the Lead Agent or the Governing Board or any other Participant.
Accuracy of Certificates. No certificate furnished by or on behalf of the Company or its Subsidiaries in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby contains or will contain any untrue statement of fact or omits or will omit to state a fact necessary to make the statements contained herein or therein not misleading.
