Common use of Acknowledge of Discipline Clause in Contracts

Acknowledge of Discipline. Whenever an employee signs a document pertaining to discipline, he/she does so only to acknowledge that he/she has been notified accordingly and the refusal on the part of the employee to sign an authorization for deduction, except as provided in this Agreement, shall not be cause for discipline.
