ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY TENANT. The Tenant agrees that he will at any time or times during the Term, upon being given at least forty-eight (48) hours prior written notice, execute and deliver to the Landlord a statement in writing certifying:
(a) that this Lease is unmodified and is in full force and effect (or if modified stating the modifications and confirming that the Lease is in full force and effect as modified);
(b) the amount of Rent being paid;
(c) the dates to which Rent has been paid;
(d) other charges payable under this Lease which have been paid;
(e) particulars of any prepayment of Rent or security deposits; and
(f) particulars of any subtenancies.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY TENANT. The Tenant acknowledges that the Tenant has –
(a) read and understood the terms of this Agreement; and
(b) received all relevant Leasing Information Forms required to be provided under clause 4 of this Agreement which the Tenant has not expressly waived his right to receive.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY TENANT. We utilise the services of Tenant Property Network (TPN) (xxx.xxx.xx.xx) who are a registered credit bureau, to administer our rental book and contracts. Your payment profile will be captured by us on their system and may be used by TPN at any time.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY TENANT. The foregoing provisions shall inure to the benefit of any such owner, mortgagee or holder and shall be self- operative upon any such demand, without requiring any further instrument to give effect to such provisions. Tenant, however, upon demand of any such owner, mortgagee or holder, agrees to execute, from time to time and within ten (10) days of Landlord’s written request, a SNDA to Landlord’s mortgagees or such instrument in confirmation of the foregoing provisions, satisfactory to any such owner, mortgagee or holder, in which Tenant shall acknowledge such attornment and shall set forth the terms and conditions of its tenancy, which shall be the same as those set forth herein and shall apply for the remainder of the Term. Nothing contained in this Article shall be construed to impair any right otherwise exercisable to any such owner, mortgagee or holder.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY TENANT. 12.1 The Tenant agrees that he will at any time or times during the Term, upon being given at least forty-eight (48) hours prior written notice, execute and deliver to the Landlord a statement in writing certifying:
(i) that this Lease is unmodified and is in full force and effect (or if modified stating the modifications and confirming that the Lease is in full force and effect as modified);
12.2 the amount of Rent being paid;
12.3 the dates to which Rent has been paid;
12.4 other charges payable under this Lease which have been paid;
12.5 particulars of any prepayment of Rent or security deposits; and
12.6 particulars of any subtenancies.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY TENANT. Tenant acknowledges that, due to the damage and defects, whether known or unknown, caused by the emergency event, the Building and the Leased Premises may not be suitable for the conduct of the business normally conducted on the Leased Premises by Tenant, which condition may change on a day-to- day basis, and that use of the Leased Premises under the present circumstances is dangerous and uncertain. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant wishes to have access to the Building and the Leased Premises during the Emergency Event for the limited purposes set forth herein. Therefore, by entering into this Agreement, Tenant expressly assumes any and all risk associated with the access granted to it, and any TENANT INITIALS:
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY TENANT. Tenant covenants and agrees to execute and deliver within fifteen (15) days after request from Landlord such further instrument or instruments as may be required to carry out the intentions of this Paragraph, including a subordination or similar agreement required by any mortgagee or other person. Tenant does hereby irrevocably appoint Landlord as its lawful attorney-in-fact, with full authority and right to execute and deliver any letter of estoppel, offset statement, subordination agreement or other instrument required to be provided by Tenant pursuant to this Paragraph, for and in the name of Tenant.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY TENANT. The Tenant shall promptly when requested by the Landlord execute a certificate in favour of any prospective Encumbrancer certifying the status of this Lease, any modifications or breaches of this Lease, and the status of the Rent account, all with the intent that any such certificate may be relied upon by any party to whom it is directed.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY TENANT. (1) The Tenant agrees that he will at anytime or times during the Term, upon being given at least forty-eight (48) hours prior written notice, execute and deliver to the Landlord a statement in writing certifying:
(a) the amount of Rent being paid;
(b) the dates to which Rent has been paid;
(c) other charges payable under this Lease which have been paid;
(d) the monthly revenues and expenses for the Premises
