Acknowledgement of Commencement Date. In the event that the Commencement Date occurs other than on the date set forth in Section 2.2(a) above, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a written acknowledgement of the agreed upon commencement date.
Acknowledgement of Commencement Date. Promptly following the Commencement Date, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a written acknowledgement of the Commencement Date, Rent Commencement Date, Termination Date and related matters, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D (with appropriate insertions), which acknowledgement shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by this reference. Notwithstanding the foregoing requirement, the failure of either party to execute any such written acknowledgement shall not affect the determination of the Commencement Date, Rent Commencement Date, Termination Date and related matters in accordance with the provisions of this Lease.
Acknowledgement of Commencement Date. In the event the commencement date of the term of the Lease is other than as provided in Section 2.1, then Lessor and Lessee shall execute a written acknowledgement of the date of commencement and shall attach it to the Lease as Exhibit D.

In the event the commencement date of the term of the Lease is delayed beyond the thirty (30) days described in Section 2.2 or if the commencement date is to be determined pursuant to Section 2.3, then Landlord and Tenant shall execute a written acknowledgement of the date of commencement.
Acknowledgement of Commencement Date. Within five (5) days after Landlord’s request to do so, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a written acknowledgement of the Actual Commencement Date, which acknowledgement shall be deemed to be a part of this Lease.
Acknowledgement of Commencement Date. The Landlord and Tenant shall, within thirty (30) days after the Commencement Date, execute an acknowledgement confirming the Commencement Date, substantially in the form attached as Schedule "D".
Acknowledgement of Commencement Date. When the commencement and expiration date of the Lease Term have been ascertained pursuant to Section 1.6 and Article II herein, the parties shall immediately execute a confirmation of said dates and the Term of this Lease in the form and content as set forth in Exhibit "X" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Acknowledgement of Commencement Date. In the event the commencement date of the term of the Lease is other than as provided in Section 2.1, then Lessor shall provide Lessee with written notice establishing the date of Tender of Possession as defined below. Tender of Possession, or actual taking of possession by Lessee, whichever first occurs, shall be conclusive as the establishment of the Commencement Date for Section 2.1. "Tender of Possession"-defined. See Exhibit "D".
Acknowledgement of Commencement Date. The Tenant agrees to execute and return to the Landlord, within fifteen (15) days of written demand from the Landlord, an acknowledgement of the Commencement Date in the form set forth in Schedule "E" annexed hereto, subject to such variations as the facts require.
