ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF FEDERAL FUNDING. CPU agrees that any publication (written, visual or sound) but excluding press releases, newsletters, and issue analyses, issued by CPU describing programs or projects funded in whole or in part with federal funds under this Contract, shall contain the following statements: “This project was supported by the 2020 CARES Act - Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) awarded by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Points of view in this document are those of the author and do not necessarily represent the official position or policies of HHS. Grant funds are administered by the Washington State Department of Commerce.”

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF FEDERAL FUNDING. Unless otherwise indicated by the ILO, all publicly disseminated print or electronic materials prepared with Government funds must contain an acknowledgment of such funding through the following language: “Funding is provided by the United States Department of Labor under cooperative agreement number IL- XXXXX. XX percentage of the total costs of the project or program is financed with Federal funds, for a total of XX US dollars. This material does not necessarily reflect the views or policies of the United States Department of Labor, nor does mention of trade names, commercial products, or organizations imply endorsement by the United States Government.”
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF FEDERAL FUNDING. As required by HHS appropriations acts, all HHS recipients must acknowledge Federal funding when issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid invitations, and other documents describing projects or programs funded in whole or in part with Federal funds. Recipients are required to state (1) the percentage and dollar amounts of the total program or project costs financed with Federal funds and (2) the percentage and dollar amount of the total costs financed by nongovernmental sources.

  • Sources of Funding A. State funding for dual credit/concurrent courses will be available to both the ISD and Hill College based upon the current agreement between the Commissioner of Education and Commissioner of Higher Education. In accordance with this agreement, Hill College may claim state funding for all students registered for college-level credit in a dual credit/concurrent course. The ISD may also claim full ADA funding for all students registered in a dual credit/concurrent course.
