Publicly Disseminated means information that is generally available to the public and about which the public has had a reasonable opportunity to make an investment decision.
Publicly Disseminated for purposes of this Report means the work has been made avail- able to the general public with the authorization of the rights holder by any means, whether or not through the distribution of copies.
