Acknowledgment of Receipt of Documents. The bargaining Unit Member shall acknowledge receipt of all documents intended for placement in his/her personnel file in the manner set forth in the “Personnel File” Article 7, Section 7.1.4 of this Agreement. Notice may also be documented by utilizing registered mail to transmit true copies of documents to be filed, return receipt requested.

Acknowledgment of Receipt of Documents. The Escrow Agent hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Reorganization Agreement, but, except for reference thereto for definitions of certain words or terms not defined herein, the Escrow Agent is not charged with any duties or responsibilities with respect to the Reorganization Agreement.
