Common use of Acquainting New Employees Clause in Contracts

Acquainting New Employees. The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees on the date of hire with the conditions of employment set out in this Article. The Employer will provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to each new employee covered by the Agreement. The Employer shall notify the Union Xxxxxxx when a new employee has been hired.
