Common use of Act of God Clause in Contracts

Act of God. (i) None of the Parties shall be held liable for the failure to perform in due time and/or for the improper performance – in whole or in part – of any obligations under this Contract if the failure to perform or the inadequate performance of that obligation was determined by the Force Majeure or an Act of God.
