ACT OR DECISION IMPACTING TERMS. The City and CMFA agree to meet and confer in good faith within two weeks after passage of any Act or decision of any court of competent jurisdiction which has significant financial impact upon the City and may, as a result, affect the terms and conditions stated herein.
