  • Responsibility Pay (a) An employee who is designated in writing to relieve the Director of Care, shall be paid ten dollars ($10.00) per shift for each shift so worked, in addition to her regular rate of pay.

  • FACILITY RESPONSIBILITIES (1) The Facility will retain responsibility for the care of its clients and will maintain administrative and professional supervision of students insofar as their presence and program assignments affect the operation of the Facility and its care, direct and indirect, of its clients.
