Acting Supervision. When non-Union supervisory responsibilities are delegated by Management for a period of four (4) consecutive working hours or more, the employee shall be paid the lesser of: (i) the rate for the position being relieved; or (ii) six per cent (6%) above his own rate while performing these delegated duties.
