Common use of Actions Customer May Not Take Clause in Contracts

Actions Customer May Not Take. Customer agrees not to: a. reverse assemble, reverse compile, otherwise translate, or reverse engineer the ICA Program unless expressly permitted by applicable law without the possibility of contractual waiver; or b. sublicense, assign, rent, or lease the ICA Program or transfer it outside Customer’s Enterprise.

Actions Customer May Not Take. For each ICA Program, Customer agrees not to: a. modify the ICA Program except as IBM expressly allows in this Agreement; b. reverse assemble, reverse compile, otherwise translate, or reverse engineer the ICA Program unless expressly permitted by applicable law without the possibility of contractual waiver; or b. c. sublicense, assign, rent, or lease the ICA Program or transfer it outside Customer’s Enterprise.
