Common use of Ad Hoc Meetings Clause in Contracts

Ad Hoc Meetings. On [*] days’ written notice, either Party may request an ad-hoc meeting of a Committee to discuss issues that due to urgency need to be addressed prior to the next scheduled Committee meeting. Ad-hoc meetings may occur via audio or video teleconference or in-person as the Parties may agree.
