ADD THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS. I. The Company may have one (1) exclusion per uniform department per location. Excluded employees may perform bargaining unit work. J. The Parties expressly recognize that the efficient utilization of the Fast Food concept of product merchandising, as covered under this Appendix, requires the coordination of outside suppliers, merchandisers, salesmen and in-store employees. The Company agrees that it will not deviate significantly from its present method of operations in terms of vendors. K. The Parties agree that preparatory work may be performed at a central location outside of the store. If this work is performed in the store or by the Employer’s employees, it shall be covered by the contract. If it is performed at a central location, the work shall not be covered by this contract unless performed by the Employer’s employees.
