ADDING COURSES. Students must add classes by the second week of instruction for regular semester courses or by the second class meeting for short courses and summer session courses. Once instruction begins, all adds require instructor approval. Necessary instructor-arranged course transfers still will be allowed beyond the normal deadline for adding. In order to officially add a course, the student may add using web registration (PAWS WEBReg) or submit appropriate forms to the Admissions and Records Office by the deadline contingent upon instructor approval.

ADDING COURSES. Students must add classes by the end of the second week of instruction for regular 18-weeksemester courses or by the day prior to the census date for short courses and summer session courses. Once instruction begins, instructor approval is required. Necessary instructor-arranged course transfers will be allowed beyond the normal deadline for adding. In order to officially add a course, the student may add using web registration or submit appropriate forms to the Admissions and Records Office by the deadline, with instructor approval.
ADDING COURSES. All requests to add a course(s) must be received by IHCC prior to the first instructional day of the term. All requests must include a College Study Program Application/Enrollment form.

  • Conducting Negotiations 5-2-1 The Association and the District agree that negotiations shall be guided by the following procedures, which may be modified at any time by mutual consent. 5-2-2 The parties agree to negotiate in good faith. Good faith is defined as an honest attempt to resolve issues, which arise during the negotiations process. Both parties agree to present reasonable proposals, which demonstrate educational and fiscal responsibility. The obligations of good faith negotiations does not compel either party to agree or to make concessions on a specific issue. 5-2-3 The parties agree that the primary teams at the table for each side will be limited to a mutually agreed upon number of participants. A majority of each team shall be District employees.

  • Scaling Locations, Rules, and Organizations All logs from timber sold under the terms and conditions of this contract shall be: (1) scaled at a location approved in writing by STATE; (2) scaled by a third-party scaling organization with a current agreement with STATE; and (3) scaled using the Official Log Scaling and Grading Rules (as adopted by the Northwest Log Rules Advisory Group) and STATE special service scaling instructions in effect at the time the logs are scaled. Utilization scale shall be handled in accordance with the section titled, “Utilization Scale.” PURCHASER shall enter into a written agreement with a third-party scaling organization for the scaling of logs removed from the timber sale area. PURCHASER shall furnish STATE with a copy of the scaling agreement upon request. If logs are delivered when a TPSO scaler is not present, PURCHASER must provide STATE with a method to assure protection and accountability. PURCHASER shall provide STATE with remote check scaling opportunities for logs scaled under this contract. The last two loads at each delivery point shall be continuously available for checking. They shall remain available for a minimum of 48 hours unless replaced by other STATE loads. They shall be available as originally presented for scaling; i.e., if truck scaled, they shall be presented in bunks. In the event scaling is suspended for any reason, hauling operations shall be immediately suspended until approved alternate scaling services are provided, or service by the scaling organization is resumed.

  • Terms and Reopening Negotiations This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023 and thereafter until modifications are made pursuant to P.E.L.R.A. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations for the next Agreement more than 90 days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.

  • Industrial cooperation The aim of cooperation shall be to:

  • Opening Negotiations 4.2.1 Between April 1 and April 30 of each ensuing year, either the Association or the Board shall submit a written request for negotiations to commence to the other party, if it desires there to be negotiations for that year. If no such request is made during the time period above, negotiations will not take place for the ensuing year.

  • Scope of Practice The scope of practice of the Nurse Practitioner is determined by the context in which: The Nurse Practitioner is authorised to practice. The Nurse Practitioner therefore remains accountable for the practice for which they directed; and the professional efficacy whereby practice is structured in a nursing model and enhanced by autonomy and accountability. The Nurse Practitioner is authorised to directly refer clients/residents to other health professionals, prescribe medications and order diagnostic investigations including pathology and plain screen x-rays. Nurse Practitioners exhibit clinical leadership that influences and progresses clinical care, policy and collaboration through all levels of health service. Schedule B – Aged Care Classifications Progression from Aged Care Level One Employees who are new to the industry and/or have less than three months work experience in the industry may be classified at this level. This level is designed solely as an entry level. An employee at Aged Care Level One will only be eligible for progression to Aged Care Level Two if, the employee:
