Adding New NDCs. If a PAP plan submits NDCs that are covered at the beginning of the year but then identifies a new NDC that should be covered part-way through the year, then the plan should perform the following: • The PAP plan submits a coverage record with an effective date of 1/1/19 with two NDCs: NDC-1 and NDC-2. • On 3/1/19, coverage for NDC-3 should be added. • On the next monthly file submission (i.e., March), the PAP will send two (2) records: • An update with a 2/28/19 termination date for the original coverage record which contained NDC-1 and NDC-2. • A new coverage record with an effective date of 3/1/19 is submitted which includes NDC-1, NDC-2, and NDC-3.

  • Pressing Necessity An Employee shall be granted leave without pay for pressing necessity. Pressing necessity shall be defined as a sudden or unusual occurrence that could not, by the exercise of reasonable judgement, have been foreseen by the Employee and which requires the immediate attention of the Employee. The Employee may elect to use any entitlement to time off such as vacation, public holiday or earned time.

  • Opening Negotiations 4.2.1 Between April 1 and April 30 of each ensuing year, either the Association or the Board shall submit a written request for negotiations to commence to the other party, if it desires there to be negotiations for that year.   • Substituting Any member of the bargaining unit who is directed by the principal or his/her designee to substitute for another employee for a full day will be compensated at their job classification wage or the substitute teacher’s wage, whichever is greater.
