New Definition The following definition is hereby added to Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement in the appropriate alphabetical order:
Opening Negotiations 4.2.1 Between April 1 and April 30 of each ensuing year, either the Association or the Board shall submit a written request for negotiations to commence to the other party, if it desires there to be negotiations for that year. If no such request is made during the time period above, negotiations will not take place for the ensuing year.
4.2.2 The first negotiations session shall occur on a mutually agreeable date not more than thirty (30) days from the date of the written request to open negotiations.
4.2.3 The parties will exchange proposals at the initial negotiating session. Subsequent proposals may only be submitted upon mutual agreement of the parties.
New Definitions The following definitions are hereby added to Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement in the appropriate alphabetical order:
DELETED At any time, after 60 (sixty) days from the Appointed Date, the Contractor may apply to the Authority for the second instalment of the Advance Payment along with an irrevocable and unconditional guarantee from a Bank for an amount equivalent to 110% (one hundred and ten per cent) of such instalment, substantially in the form provided at Annex-III of Schedule-G, to remain effective till the complete and full repayment thereof.
New Defined Terms The following defined terms are hereby added to Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement in the appropriate alphabetical order:
Term and Reopening Negotiations This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing on its date of execution, through June 30, 2022, and thereafter as provided by P.E.L.R.A. If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing at its expiration, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than 120 days prior to said expiration. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations more than 90 days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.
Substituting Any member of the bargaining unit who is directed by the principal or his/her designee to substitute for another employee for a full day will be compensated at their job classification wage or the substitute teacher’s wage, whichever is greater.
