Additional Agent. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Company may authorize any other person, partnership or corporation (an “Additional Agent”) to act as its agent to solicit offers for the purchase of all or part of the Notes of the Company and the Company shall give the Agents prompt notice of such authorization; provided, however, any Additional Agent shall execute this Agreement and become a party hereto and thereafter the term Agent as used in this Agreement shall mean the Agents and such Additional Agent.
Additional Agent. If at any time or times for the purpose of conforming to any legal requirements, restrictions or conditions in any state or jurisdiction in which any of the Collateral may be located, or if at any time or times the Collateral Agent or the holder or holders of a majority in principal amount of the Obligations shall deem it necessary or prudent so to do, the Collateral Agent or such holders shall have the power, by an instrument executed by the Collateral Agent or by such holders, to appoint one or more persons approved by the Collateral Agent or such holders, either to act as separate agent or agents or co-agent or co-agents jointly with the Collateral Agent, of all or any specified part of the Collateral; and the person or persons so appointed shall be such separate agent or agents or co-agent or co-agents with such rights and remedies as shall be specified in such instrument to be executed as aforesaid, to the extent not prohibited by law. Any such separate agent or co-agent may resign in the same manner as can the Collateral Agent. The Collateral Agent and any separate agent or co-agent shall have no responsibility for the acts and omissions of each other.

Additional Agent. The designation of a Bank as a "documentation agent" or other similar designation shall have no substantive effect and such Bank shall have no additional powers, duties or responsibilities as a result of such designation.
Additional Agent. Upon five days notice to the Agents, ---------------- the Company may add an additional agent. Upon such notice, the Agents agree to enter into a Distribution Agreement which shall include such additional agent.
Additional Agent. If at any time GELCO Corporation dba GE Fleet Services is no longer Administrative Agent, the Domestic Collateral Agent and the PRUSVI Collateral Agent, the Required Lenders may appoint an additional agent (an “Additional Agent”) reasonably acceptable to the Borrowers to review the Borrowing Base Certificates, otherwise monitor the Facility Assets and advise the Administrative Agent, the Domestic Collateral Agent and the PRUSVI Collateral Agent with respect thereto and be prepared to dispose of Eligible Vehicles if so directed by the applicable Collateral Agent pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents.
Additional Agent. “Additional Agent” shall mean one additional chemotherapeutic agent, other than Bleomycin®, that is used in the treatment of human cancer, the selection of such Additional Agent to be agreed on by the Parties after the Effective Date.
Additional Agent. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, (x) for so long as any ABL Obligations remain outstanding, any obligation hereunder to physically deliver to the Collateral Agent any Security Collateral shall be satisfied by causing such Security Collateral to be physically delivered to the ABL Collateral Agent to be held in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement and (y) for so long as any Additional Obligations remain outstanding, any obligation hereunder to physically deliver to the Collateral Agent any Security Collateral shall be satisfied by causing such Security Collateral to be physically delivered to any Additional Agent to be held in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement.
