Additional Cards You may request additional Cards and permit Authorized Users to have access to your Card or Account. You will be liable for all Account transactions made and all fees incurred by those Authorized Users (including without limitation interest charges). We may limit the total number of Cards and other Access Devices issued.
Additional Features Additional Features are invoiced at the start of the first Contract Year following the Contract Year in which such Additional Features are activated.
Additional Customer Terms If any additional ordinance, rule, or other local governmental authority requires additional contract language before a Customer can make a purchase under this Contract, the Customer is responsible for entering a separate agreement with the Contractor and incorporating the additional contract language therein.

ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN AN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT Additional Contractor Terms and Conditions may become part of an Authorized User Agreement in accordance with Section 28 of Appendix B. State Agency consultant Contracts are defined as “Contracts entered into by a state Agency for analysis, evaluation, research, training, data processing, computer programming, engineering, environmental health and mental health services, accounting, auditing, paralegal, legal, or similar services” (“covered consultant Contract” or “covered consultant services”). The information must be provided to the state Agency awarding such Contracts, OSC, DOB and CS. To meet these requirements, the Contractor agrees to complete:
Termination of use of supplementary card The basic cardmember is entitled at any time to terminate the use of any supplementary card, and the supplementary cardmember may terminate the use of his supplementary card, at any time in accordance with clause
Additional Service 4.1 You shall be responsible to pay the Representative for the provision of a Service.

Additional Requirements from Authorized Users An Authorized User may have distinct requirements that must be met by all individuals employed by or working for the Authorized User. The Contractor’s Staff Members will be expected to comply with these requirements as a condition of the placement.
