ADDITIONAL BENEFITS, SERVICES OR PROGRAMMES. We may provide at our sole discretion, additional services, benefits or programmes in connection with the use of your Card(s). Such additional services where provided, do not form part of our legal relationship with you and we may withdraw or change these services at any time without notice to you. Those additional services, benefits or programmes may be subject to their own terms and conditions. We may also, where points have been awarded to or earned by you or other benefits extended to you as part of any rewards or redemption programme, forfeit or cancel such points or benefits if you default in any of your payment obligations or if your account is not conducted satisfactorily.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS, SERVICES OR PROGRAMMES. We may provide additional services, benefits or programmes in connection with the use of your Card. Such additional services where provided may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice to you. Those additional services, benefit or programmes may be subject to their own terms and conditions, including those imposed by third parties.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS, SERVICES OR PROGRAMMES. We may provide at our sole discretion, any programme, scheme or plan from time to time with respect to the use or the promotion of the use of Card (the “Programme”). Such additional services where provided, do not form part of our legal relationship with you. Those additional services, benefits or programmes may be subject to their own terms and conditions. If you intend to derive any privilege or benefit conferred or offered under, you shall before ordering or making any purchase from any merchant involved or participating in the Programme, inform that merchant of your intention and present the Card to that merchant. We may at any time and from time to time without prior notice and without assigning any reason:
(a) amend, modify, vary or withdraw the terms and conditions of any Programme and or any privilege or benefits offered or conferred under any Programme;
(b) suspend or terminate any Programme;
(c) restrict or exclude any merchant from participation or continuing to participate in any Programme. Any privilege or benefit to be obtained from or conferred by any merchant under any Programme may be unavailable, suspended or withdrawn by that merchant at any time for any reason and whether temporarily or otherwise. We shall not be liable for any refusal of any merchant to extend or confer any privilege or benefit under any Programme for any reason whatsoever.

In addition to such services, programmes, benefits, schemes or plans expressly provided for in this Agreement, we may provide at our sole discretion, any other additional services, programmes, benefits, schemes or plans from time to time with respect to the use or the promotion of the use of Card (the “Programme”). Such Programme may be subject to its own terms and conditions. If you intend to derive any privilege or benefit conferred or offered thereunder, you shall before ordering or making any purchase from any merchant involved or participating in the Programme, inform that merchant of your intention and present the Card to that merchant. We, the Co-Branding Partners and/or the Merchants may withdraw or change such additional services, benefits or programmes at any time.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS, SERVICES OR PROGRAMMES. We may, at Our sole discretion, provide additional services, benefits or programmes in connection with the use of Your Singlife Card. Such additional services, if provided, do not form part of Our legal relationship with You and We may withdraw or change these services at any time without prior notice to You. Those additional services, benefits or programmes may be subject to their own terms and conditions outside the provisions of this Agreement.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS, SERVICES OR PROGRAMMES. 3.1 We may, from time to time, at our sole and absolute discretion, provide Rewards Programmes, in connection with any Card or Card Account to the Customer and/or any Cardholder. These Rewards Programmes where provided, form part of our legal relationship with the Customer, the Cardholders, and the Card Administrators, and may be subject to separate terms and conditions, and where applicable the Customer, the Cardholders, and the Card Administrators shall be bound by such terms and conditions.
3.2 If the Customer or any Cardholder intends to derive any privilege or benefit conferred or offered under any Rewards Programme that is merchant-specific, they shall, before ordering or making any purchase from such merchant involved or participating in the Rewards Programme, inform that merchant of their intention and present the Card to that merchant.
3.3 We may at any time and from time to time without prior notice and without assigning any reason:
(a) amend, modify, vary or withdraw the terms and conditions of any Rewards Programme and or any privilege or benefits offered or conferred under any Rewards Programme;
(b) suspend or terminate any Rewards Programme; and/or
(c) restrict or exclude the Customer, any Cardholder, Card, Card Account, or any merchant, from participation or continuing to participate in any Rewards Programme.
3.4 Any privilege or benefit to be obtained from or conferred by us or any merchant under any Rewards Programme may be unavailable, suspended or withdrawn by us or that merchant at any time for any reason and whether temporarily or otherwise. We shall not be liable for any refusal of any merchant to extend or confer any privilege or benefit under any Rewards Programme for any reason whatsoever.
3.5 The crediting of any privilege or benefit under any Rewards Programme shall be entirely at our sole and absolute discretion, and our decision on all matters relating or in connection with any Rewards Programme shall be final and binding on the Customer, the Cardholders, and the Card Administrators.
3.6 We may, from time to time, in our sole and absolute discretion include or exclude from any or all Rewards Programmes any or all Transactions made via certain or all Cards, BCC Services, and/or Devices.
3.7 Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, we shall have the sole and absolute discretion, in connection with any Rewards Programme involving cash rebate, without giving any reason or notice:
