Additional Charges for Resale Services. In addition to the rates set forth at Item VI of the Pricing Schedule, Requesting Carrier shall pay Ameritech (i) for any applicable charges or fees, if any, incident to the establishment or provision of the Resale Services requested by Requesting Carrier, including channel charges, initial non-recurring charges and construction charges and (ii) the applicable non-discounted end user common line charge as set forth in F.C.C. No. 2, Section 4.
