Non-Interruption of Service. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement or pursuant to an order of a court or commission of competent jurisdiction, CBT may not initiate any disconnect, suspension or termination of an CLEC Customer's Resale Service, unless directed to do so by CLEC by transmission of a Service Order or CBT's receipt of proper authorization to change such Customer's primary local exchange carrier to a carrier other than CLEC.
Non-Interruption of Service. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement or pursuant to an order of a court or commission of competent jurisdiction, Ameritech may not initiate any disconnect, suspension or termination of a Requesting Carrier Customer’s Resale Service, unless directed to do so by Requesting Carrier by transmission of a Service Order or Ameritech’s receipt of proper authorization to change such Customer’s PLEC to a carrier other than Requesting Carrier.
Non-Interruption of Service. Successful Respondent acknowledges and agrees that any interruption to the Service may cause irreparable harm to DIR and/or the DIR Customers and may adversely impact the ability of the State to carry out vital public safety and other governmental functions (including homeland security matters), in which case an adequate remedy at Law would not be available. Except to the extent expressly permitted under Chapter 2251, Texas Government Code, Successful Respondent expressly acknowledges and agrees that, pending resolution of any dispute or controversy, it shall not deny, withdraw, or restrict Successful Respondent’s provision of the Services to DIR and/or the DIR Customers under this Agreement.

Except as specifically provided in this Agreement or pursuant to an order of a court or commission of competent jurisdiction, SBC-AMERITECH may not initiate any disconnect, suspension or termination of an CLEC Customer's Resale Service, unless directed to do so by CLEC by transmission of a Service Order or SBC-AMERITECH's receipt of proper authorization to change such Customer's primary local exchange carrier to a carrier other than CLEC.
Non-Interruption of Service. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement or pursuant to an order of a court or commission of competent jurisdiction, CBT may not initiate any disconnect, suspension or termination of an Intermedia Customer's Resale Service, unless directed to do so by Intermedia by transmission of a Service Order or CBT's receipt of proper authorization to change such Customer's primary local exchange carrier to a carrier other than Intermedia.

Except as specifically provided in this Agreement or pursuant to an order of a court or commission of competent jurisdiction, Ameritech may not initiate any disconnect, suspension or termination of an CLEC Customer's Resale Service, unless directed to do so by CLEC by transmission of a Service Order or Ameritech's receipt of proper authorization to change such Customer's primary local exchange carrier to a carrier other than CLEC.
Non-Interruption of Service. Subcontractor acknowledges and agrees that any interruption to the Service will cause irreparable harm to [**], in which case an adequate remedy at law would not be available. Subcontractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that, pending resolution of any dispute or controversy, it will not deny, withdraw, or restrict Subcontractor’s provision of the Services to [**] under this Agreement, except as specifically and expressly agreed in writing by [**] and Subcontractor. Subcontractor further agrees as follows:
(a) In the event of any material breach by Subcontractor (or attempt or threat of breach) of any of the terms of this Agreement that could reasonably be expected to cause an interruption to the Services or compromise of rights of [**] under this Agreement (including provision of access to computers or other files containing [**] Data in accordance with this Agreement), Amdocs may proceed directly to court without going through any otherwise applicable procedures or waiting periods set forth in Article 23. If a court of competent jurisdiction should find that Subcontractor has breached (or attempted or threatened to breach) any such obligations, Subcontractor agrees that without any additional findings of irreparable injury or other conditions to injunctive relief, it shall not oppose the entry of an appropriate order compelling performance by Subcontractor and restraining it from any further breaches (or attempted or threatened breaches).
(b) Subcontractor shall not intentionally interrupt the Services or provide reduced levels of Service quality or support.
(c) To the extent that Subcontractor suspends the availability of the Services or any portion of the Services because it is required to do so by a governmental authority of competent jurisdiction (“Government Requirement”), Subcontractor shall promptly use all reasonable efforts to comply with any such Government Requirement to the extent necessary to fully restore the Services.
Non-Interruption of Service. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement or pursuant to an order of a court or commission of competent jurisdiction, CBT may not initiate any disconnect, suspension or termination of an Sprint Customer's Resale Service, unless directed to do so by Sprint by transmission of a Service Order or CBT's receipt of proper authorization to change such Customer's primary local exchange carrier to a carrier other than Sprint.
Non-Interruption of Service. Supplier acknowledges and agrees that any interruption to the Service may cause irreparable harm to Kraft and/or the Eligible Recipients, in which case an adequate remedy at law would not be available. Subject to Supplier’s right to terminate the Term pursuant to Section 20.1.2, Supplier expressly acknowledges and agrees that, pending resolution of any dispute or controversy, it shall not deny, withdraw or restrict Supplier’s provision of the Services to Kraft and/or the Eligible Recipients under this Agreement, except as specifically and expressly agreed in writing by Kraft and Supplier.

Except as specifically provided in this Agreement or pursuant to an order of a court or commission of competent jurisdiction, SBC-AMERITECH may not initiate any disconnect, suspension or termination of an AT&T Customer’s Resale Service, unless directed to do so by AT&T by transmission of a Service Order or SBC-AMERITECH’s receipt of proper authorization to change such Customer’s primary LEC to a carrier other than AT&T.
