Additional Committees in Support of the LDS Functions. The Governing Board may from time-to-time designate new standing or ad hoc committees to assist with the administration and performance of the LDS Functions. In addition, the chairperson of the Governing Board will cooperate with the chairpersons of the P-20 Council and Early Learning Council to establish a joint subcommittee of such councils or another method for obtaining external input and advice for the Governing Board’s and LDS Agencies’ performance of the LDS Functions.
