If funds from my account have been transferred via ACH where I have provided a paper check or check information to a merchant or other payee to capture the routing, Account, and serial numbers to electronically initiate the transfer (an “Electronic Check Transaction”) the following applies to me: Types of Available Transactions: You may make transfers via ACH where I have provided a paper check to enable the merchant or other payee to capture the routing, Account, and serial numbers to initiate the transfer, whether the check is blank, partially completed, or fully completed and signed; whether the check is presented at POS or is mailed to a merchant or other payee or lockbox and later converted to an EFT; or whether the check is retained by the consumer, the merchant or other payee, or the payee’s financial institution. Account Access: Electronic Check Transactions may be made from my Checking Account only. Limitations on Dollar Amounts of Transactions: I may make Electronic Check Transactions only to the extent that I have available clear funds in my Checking Accounts or available funds in my designated overdraft sources. Overdraft to Line of Credit: I understand that if I have an overdraft line of credit account in conjunction with my Checking Account, then I may use that line of credit to fund any overdraft on your Checking Account including overdrafts caused by any Electronic Check Transactions. I understand that I may not otherwise initiate an Electronic Check Transaction to overdraw my Checking Account, my line of credit, if applicable. However, if I do overdraw, I authorize you to cover the overdraft on my Checking Account by making a cash advance from my line of credit account, if any.
