This includes but not limited to air cooling systems, electrical lines, plumbing, TV or radio antennas or dishes, etc. is recommended following the roof maintenance and/or reproofing that those items be inspected by a qualified serviceman. Contractor is not responsible for the condition of any removed or adjusted items listed above.
