ADDITIONAL EXEMPTIONS. Members note that NMFS is generating one Environmental 30 Assessment for all sectors seeking authorization for Fishing Year 2017 & 2018, and that 31 NMFS communication has stated that if an exemption is approved for one Sector, all other 32 authorized Sectors can be similarly approved for that specific exemption based on the 1 terms and conditions of the originally requesting sector. In light of this understanding,
