(b) The Actor’s written permission is required at time of Recording for costume fittings/changes and warm-ups. There may be no Recording of nudity. (c) There is no time limit on the Recording or use of Additional Footage.

Additional Footage. (a) The Producer may Record interviews, backstage footage and other non-rehearsal/non- performance footage (together, “Additional Footage”), which must be voluntary.
