RECORDING & BROADCAST. (A) Except as provided below, there shall be no televising, broadcasting, visual and/or sound recording, cast album recording, motion picture filming, videotaping, other mechanical, electronic, or evolving digital means or other substantially similar current and evolving methods of recording (hereinafter "Recording") in whole or in part, of any production, including rehearsals, in which Actors are employed under the terms of this Agreement without the express permission of Equity and under terms and conditions established by it. This prohibition shall be in effect from the beginning of employment until 16 weeks after the production has closed. Recordings may not be used for note sessions with Actors, as a replacement for rehearsals, or to discipline Actors.

RECORDING & BROADCAST. The Presenter must obtain expressed written consent from Artists’ representatives prior to recording of the performance in ANY electronic format, for ANY purpose. Written permission must also be obtained for any subsequent rebroadcast of the performance. The Artists reserve the right to record any performance for “archival purposes”, free of any fees or obligations for doing so.
RECORDING & BROADCAST. Television, Radio, videotape, Internet or other electronic processes of reproducing visual information from the stage, not including press releases for either live television or videotaped broadcast, etc., shall be governed by house scale and conditions. a) Closed circuit television, (which is shown at the venue, but is not broadcast on the air) shall be governed by house scale. b) In the event there is any recording or broadcast of any Performance of any type, for any purpose, including archival, and in any format, every employee working such a Performance shall receive, in addition to all compensation and benefits provided for under this Agreement, compensation at the applicable performance rate for the employee’s classification. The employee benefit fund contributions and vacation pay required under this Agreement shall also be due and owing on the additional performance rate. This additional performance rate, vacation pay, and contributions shall be paid in lieu of any and all rights to compensation for such recording or broadcast. The additional performance compensation shall not be considered as overtime or credited as overtime pay or be subject to shift or holiday rate differential. A recording or broadcast for the sole purpose of hard news and for the sole use of electronic news media – up to a maximum of two (2) minutes and fifty nine (59) seconds – shall be exempt from this provision. c) The Parties agree regarding the above Paragraph 14 that the terms of this Paragraph shall not apply to recording for the purpose of promoting the attraction via news program, lobby loops, or other non-commercial promotional outlets.

  • Video recording During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall provide to the Authority for every calendar quarter, a video recording, which will be compiled into a 3 (three)- hour compact disc or digital video disc, as the case may be, covering the status and progress of Works in that quarter. The video recording shall be provided to the Authority no later than 15 (fifteen) days after the close of each quarter after the Appointed Date.

  • Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Recording telephone calls You consent to our recording of your telephone calls with us (whether made via TBS or otherwise) and for such recordings to be used for any purpose as we deem fit including to provide evidence of instructions and other verbal communications, for quality and training purposes, as evidence in any proceedings against you or any other person.

  • Tape-recording Trust authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Trust, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Trust in writing. The Trust, upon request, further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by Applicable Law.

  • Recordings The Client and the Service Provider consent to telephonic or electronic recordings for security and quality of service purposes and agree that either may produce telephonic or electronic recordings or computer records as evidence in any proceedings brought in connection with this Agreement.

  • Call Recording You acknowledge that we may record Client phone calls for quality control purposes.

  • Recording Conversations You acknowledge and agree that we may record any telephone conversation we have with you, regardless of whether we so inform you at the time of the conversation. This helps document the transaction or conversation and helps protect both parties.

  • Telephone Monitoring/Recording From time to time we may monitor and/or record telephone calls between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service or as required by applicable law.

  • Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use. The Financial Institution and Central 1 have no liability for those other websites or their contents or the use of Third Party services. Links are provided for convenience only, and You assume all risk resulting from accessing or using such other websites or Third Party services.
