Common use of Additional Hours of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Additional Hours of Assignment. The District will offer an additional assignment to full-time Title I teachers in the building according to seniority, when, in the sole discretion of the District, a teacher’s schedule allows for the additional assignment. Part-time Title I teachers may be added in a building when scheduling will not allow additional hours to be assigned to current full-time Title I teachers in the building.
